Again this is just my list and plenty of people will disagree and again their are a ton of metrics to judge best characters but my list as mentioned focuses on the endgame and raiding. Finally borderlands 2 is a fairly well balanced game and the power gap between characters is not that vast.

Borderlands 2 continues in its predecessors footsteps with four new characters tons of new quests and lots of shooting and looting. This is a ranking of character effectiveness not build effectiveness. Lilith brick mordecai and roland the playable characters from the original game still appear in borderlands 2 but as non playable characters that show up for story missions and some side missions. I was generally curious how the characters rank in the op8 meta.

A tier list of all major characters in borderlands 2. I know salvador is easily the best character in the game and there are a few raid bosses that zer0 can bore easily and what not this game is hardly linear so a list is hard since you would have to categorize it but how would you rank the characters in terms of tiers salvador being top tier.
