After an additional 1500 hours played and interest from my fans i wanted to update my tier list to reflect my current understanding of the game. I dont consider myself an authority on civ at all just voicing my opinions.

Samurai can be quite good in some situation and fits. Overall nice list though i have a few minor problems. The final part of a series discussing each of the. Which isnt that unheard of as people often enter through radio for ideologies first and than move to plastics for research labs again not needing dynamite. I think japan should be 3 or 4 not 5. An owner can therefore maintain the effect for much longer if they deliberately dont research dynamite.
